Changes of General Terms of Service – User Terms and Conditions

Welcome!

We would like to inform you that from August 2nd 2024 the Nais General Terms and Conditions – User Regulations are changing.

The most important changes concern:

  • introduction of the obligation to inform the User if they have lost the status of a Program Participant;
  • introduction of a subscription fee of PLN 6 gross per month (fee charged in advance for 360 days or proportionally to available funds), which is charged from the funds accumulated in the User Account (reward or own funds) for using the User Account in a situation where the User is no longer a Program Participant;
  • introduction of a deadline for using the funds that have been made available in the User’s account by the Program Organizer, in the event that the User is no longer a Program Participant;
  • introduction of the possibility for Nais to delete an User Account that has not been used for a period longer than 6 months, but not earlier than after the deadline for using the funds accumulated in that User Account has expired;
  • clarification regarding the possibility of topping up the User Account from the User’s own funds;
  • update of the conditions and technical requirements of the Application;
  • clarification of the circumstances in which Nais will be entitled to change the Regulations and the date on which we will inform Users about the planned change;
  • update on supplementary changes.

Acceptance of the new User Regulations does not require additional actions.
